Our team are flexible and composed by multidisciplinary profile, covering all technical and finance aspects.

We commonly start job assignments looking for targets on behalf of Buyer. At the end of screening phase we had identified potential opportunities based on our client’s acquisition criteria, then we make initial anonymous approaches to prospect the real likelihood of completing a deal at realistic terms.

As by a green light from the Buyer, Actum’s team begins initial negotiations with the owner. As a representative of Buyer, we coordinate target due diligence.

After an initial evaluation, if target has been proved to be attractive, Actum’s team manages or advises the acquisition process by the Buyer side.

We stay actively involved during the negotiation and helping to unlock situations between Buyer and Seller.
