Our team is flexible and composed by multidisciplinary profile, covering all technical and finance aspects.

We work on private company sales transactions initiated by private owners/entrepreneurs, and on assignments for corporate groups divesting non-core operations.

We commonly start our job registering projects on our data base. Before the registration, each Project pass through an initial evaluation and accompany by pitching session delivered by the Owner.

If project come to be included in our portfolio, a high-level data room will be created, and we start the identification of potential Buyers which fulfils sale criteria. Then, we make an initial anonymous approaches to prospect the real likelihood of completing a deal at realistic terms.

As by a green light from the Seller, Actum’s team begins initial negotiations with the Buyer. As a representative of Seller, we coordinate sale project as a single point of contact before the Buyer.

We stay actively involved during the negotiation and helping to unlock situations between Buyer and Seller.
